Hey guys!

Things are getting a little chaotic at the moment. Fotoshooting here, video shooting there... also a lot of events, competitions and other things that make it hard for me to have a structured training. Do fight this chaos I decided to start my own program, the king of weighted calisthenics program. I start off from week 7 since I am currently working on my deadlift and 5 training days are fitting my needs better than the first phase of the program. I will try to record as much as possible and make a vlog series out of it for my youtube. I am aiming for some new personal records in weighted calisthenics and hope to improve my overall strength with the program. How my first week went you can see yourself in the first episode:
