Yes, but we do not diagnose ourselves. Ideally, there is already an official diagnosis. We can then help you with our experience to get rid of your pain. Without an official diagnosis we can also help you up to a certain degree, until we seriously advise you to talk to a health professional. We could already free some clients from pain. How exactly this could look like for you in our coaching, will be discussed in more detail in the Analysis Call.
In principle, we talk to everyone. In the consulting call, we will find out in more detail whether your goals match our service and how we can help you achieve them
There are no standards. We adapt the coaching individually to each client and his individualities. However, it should be possible to have at least 3 training sessions per week. If you cannot invest this time, it is not worth for us to invest the time in your training.
Again, there are no standards. The training plan is adapted to you, not you to the plan. Nevertheless, the workout duration in the end depends on the number of training days in a week, the total volume and, of course, the personal goals.
We do not have a standard equipment, which we specify. However, in order for us to be able to work properly with clients, there must be a minimum amount of equipment appropriate to the goals. Example: If you want to learn a muscle up, but don't have a suitable high bar, these are not suitable coaching requirements.
We communicate in English and German.
The Consulting Call gives us all the opportunity to find out if the service we offer is really the service you are looking for. So you get a first insight into our coaching and a first personal impression of us. The Consulting Call also serves as an introduction. We discuss the next steps and see if the expectations of both sides are met.
It's simple. First you book a consulting call, where we get to know each other and you learn more about our service. To be able to offer you a serious coaching, there will be a second non-binding Analysis Call. Here you will get to know your coach and together you will evaluate your current performance level. Together you will also set goals and discuss what your future coaching will look like. At the end of the analysis call you make your binding decision.
You will be in contact with your coach on a weekly basis. Besides the weekly personal feedbacks, you can send messages to your coach via the messenger function of the coaching app. This is very useful to clarify minor concerns and questions. Furthermore, you will regularly get the opportunity to participate in live seminars, masterminds or other live calls with our coaches.
We deliberately do not communicate our prices to the outside world. Why? Because we think that our exclusive offer cannot and should not be reduced to a single price. Not everyone will be able to afford our service. We are aware of that. But anyone who has experienced our service in detail, really wants to improve and is serious about their goals, will find our prices fair. So book a consulting call, learn more about our coaching system and then evaluate whether you want to invest in yourself.
