KOW-LVL3: 1RM PR Edition

Requirements: KOW-LVL2 or min. +20-30% bodyweight on weighted pull-ups & dips as well as basics experience with barbell training.

Duration: 11 weeks

Split: 4 days a week (mixed days)

Equipment: Dip & pull up bars, gymnastic rings, resistance bands, weighted belt, weights, barbell, parallettes (optional)

Goals: Smashing new 1RM PRs in weighted dips, weighted pull-ups, muscle ups and weighted squats.

How: After purchasing the program edition you want you will get an invite to the truecoach app where the programs are provided. This can take up to 24h depending on the weekday and time zone. Once you are added to the app you tell the date where you want to start and we will assign the program for you. Make sure to be ready to start in the next two weeks after your purchase.
