LVL1: Technique & Strength (Barbell/No-Barbell)

Requirements: 3-5 pull-ups, 3-5 dips

Duration: 11 weeks

Split: 4 days a week (upper, lower, upper, full-body)

Equipment: Dip & pull up bars, gymnastic rings, resistance bands, weighted belt, weights, barbell (only in barbell edition), parallettes (optional)

Goals: Increasing reps & technique in the basic movements for dips, pull up and squats. In addition to this, you will learn the basic movements to prepare skills like front lever, handstands, and handstand push-ups.

How: After purchasing the program edition you want you will get an invite to the truecoach app where the programs are provided. This can take up to 24h depending on the weekday and time zone. Once you are added to the app you tell the date where you want to start and we will assign the program for you. Make sure to be ready to start in the next two weeks after your purchase.
