WHAT IS KOW - BEASTMODE SPECIAL GYM EDITION?
To honor the name, KOW - BEASTMODE SPECIAL will make you go beastmode in every session! The program offers an 8-week hybrid strength training to boost your 1 repetition maximum in weighted dips, weighted pull ups, muscle ups, deadlifts & squats. The strength training is combined with a lot of different exercises from the world of calisthenics and bodybuilding to keep the workload high. This makes it possible to not only work on your 1RM but also to improve your physique.
YOU WILL TRAIN AT LEAST 5X A WEEK IN THE FOLLOWING SPLIT:
Day 1: Pull
Day 2: Push
Day 3: Legs & Core
Day 4: Pull
Day 5: Push
Push & Pull days are also including some leg & skill work. For each day you have some exercises that you can change due to your preference. The calisthenics skills that are included are front lever, planche and handstand push up.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE TO KING OF WEIGHTED CALISTHENICS:
King of weighted calisthenics is split up in 2 cycles. A hypertrophy phase and a short strength phase. King Of Weighted Calisthenics is hybrid strength program with it's main focus to calisthenics. There are only 2 barbell lifts included, the rest is based on calisthenics. This program is an 8-week hybrid strength program. It is way more advanced than KOW and requires lifting & calisthenics experience and is designed for the gym. The main focus is not calisthenics only, the program uses all types of strength training to improve your strength & physique. The program is perfect if you just finished King Of Weighted and you are hungry for higher weights, a bigger pump & even more muscles. It is also perfect for you if you are already an advanced all-around athlete that needs a new challenge to improve!
