Do you want to know your estimated One-Rep-Max (1RM)? We can help you! We designed a weighted calisthenics 1RM Calculator for you! We extended the common formulars used in powerlifiting with the variable bodyweight so you can use it also for Weighted Calisthenics!

STEP 1: REPS
Enter the reps you did. If you had reps left in the tank, add them to the reps you did. Eg: 3x100kg, 2 reps in reserve = type in 5 reps.
STEP 2: WEIGHT
Enter the weight you used for this set. The weight of the barbell should be included. Don't add your bodyweight for calisthenics exercises in this field.
Step 3: BODY WEIGHT
For weigthted calisthenics exercises dips, pull/chin ups and muscle ups add your body weight in the bodyweight field. For all other exercises, add 0.
RESULTS:
Three results will be displayed based on three different ORM formulas we adjusted. The name of the formular is a reference to it's inventor.

To find your recommed weight, search for the number of reps you want to do. Afterwards, seach for the weight value with the RPE you plan to hit.

The weight values are recommendations based on Mike Tuscherers RPE-Table extended by the bodyweight for calisthenics exercises.
